1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Coderom (operated by Enerfix Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
2. Description of service
Coderom is an e-commerce automation platform that helps sellers manage product listings, pricing, stock synchronisation, and order fulfilment across online marketplaces including eBay. The platform connects to your eBay and Amazon accounts via their official APIs.
3. Account registration
- ✓You must be at least 18 years old
- ✓You must provide accurate and complete information
- ✓You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- ✓You must not share your account credentials
- ✓One person or business per account
4. Subscription and billing
- ✓Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually
- ✓Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal
- ✓Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
- ✓You can cancel your subscription at any time
- ✓No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
- ✓We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ✗Use our platform for any illegal activity
- ✗List counterfeit or prohibited products
- ✗Violate eBay, Amazon, or any marketplace's terms of service
- ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our software
- ✗Use our platform to harm, abuse, or harass others
- ✗Share your account with unauthorised users
- ✗Exceed API rate limits or abuse our infrastructure
6. eBay and Amazon accounts
- ✓You are responsible for maintaining your eBay and Amazon accounts in good standing
- ✓Coderom is not responsible for account suspensions by eBay or Amazon
- ✓You authorise Coderom to interact with these platforms on your behalf via their APIs
- ✓You remain responsible for all listings, orders, and customer interactions on these platforms
7. Intellectual property
- ✓Coderom and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Enerfix Limited
- ✓You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
- ✓Content you create using our platform (listings, descriptions) belongs to you
8. AI-generated content
- ✓Coderom uses AI to generate product titles and descriptions
- ✓You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing
- ✓We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors
9. Limitation of liability
Important: Coderom is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses from marketplace changes, account suspensions, pricing errors, or sync delays. Our liability is limited to your 12-month subscription fee.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Enerfix Limited against any claims arising from your use of the platform, including violations of marketplace terms of service.
11. Termination
- ✓You can close your account at any time
- ✓We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- ✓Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
